YMSB渦凹曝氣機(jī)（曝氣頭）是通過(guò)散氣葉輪，將“微氣泡”直接注入未經(jīng)處理的污水中，在混凝劑和絮凝劑的共同作用下，懸浮物發(fā)生物理絮凝和化學(xué)絮凝，從而形成大的懸浮物絮團(tuán)，在氣泡群的浮升作用下“絮團(tuán)”浮上液面形成浮渣，利用刮渣機(jī)從水中分離；不需要清理噴嘴，不會(huì)發(fā)生阻塞現(xiàn)象。本設(shè)備整體性好，安裝方便，節(jié)省運(yùn)行費(fèi)用和占地面。單只曝氣面高大50-80m3。該機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地面積小，動(dòng)力只有1.1-2102kw，而所生產(chǎn)氣泡密集又微小，是最理想的微孔曝氣設(shè)備。潛水電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，排開(kāi)污水，*負(fù)壓吸入空氣，吸入的空氣與水混合，在離水力作用下向四周排出，達(dá)到傳氧的目的。該機(jī)備由電機(jī)、聯(lián)軸器、進(jìn)氣管軸、曝氣機(jī)體、散氣葉輪等構(gòu)成。
為了去除工業(yè)和城市污水中的油脂、膠狀物以及懸浮物而設(shè)計(jì)的。它是THAF系列渦凹?xì)飧C(jī)的配套單元，針對(duì)不同的廢水，油脂去除率80%-95%以上，大部分懸浮物被去除，并且設(shè)備在加入合適的化學(xué)藥劑和混合劑后，可使COD及BOD在此預(yù)處理階段去除30%-60%以上，設(shè)備運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低，工作效率高，操作維修簡(jiǎn)單，是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的氣浮是一次重大的技術(shù)革命。
