一體化（地埋式）A/O污水處理設(shè)備Package sewage treatment plant
青島伊美環(huán)境工程有限公司在間歇式活性污泥法（SBR）工藝基礎(chǔ)上研制出能彌補(bǔ)SBR諸多不足的污水工藝技術(shù)和與之相配套的設(shè)備；可廣泛應(yīng)用在各型的污水處理廠的建設(shè)上。一體化設(shè)備處理污水的原理是建立在使用活性污泥微生物法和生物膜生物法有機(jī)結(jié)和的方式進(jìn)行污水的生化處理。在處理工藝上，大量的微生物生長(zhǎng)在固定的和浮動(dòng)生物載體上形成生物膜，隨著水氣在污水中的沖擊翻動(dòng)，進(jìn)行菌和菌膜的更新，在曝氣時(shí)利用生物載體，提高微生物與污水中的污染物質(zhì)和氧的接觸效率。整體處理設(shè)備產(chǎn)生的厭氧一缺氧一好氧三種環(huán)境的輪流作用，提高了不同種類(lèi)微生物群體對(duì)污水的凈化能力，強(qiáng)化了污水中有機(jī)物的去除和脫氮除磷的功效。
- Our company based on the SBR technics ( sequencing batch reactor) developed a new kind matched equipment which can make up SBR many deficient; which can widely apply to all kind of sewage treatment plant.. the package sewage treatment plant principle is a kind of biochemical treatment which combine activated sludge microbiological method and new biological membrane manner. In treatment process, large bacteria and bacteria membrane update, adopt biological carrier, improve the contact efficiency of micro- organism and pollutant matter in sewage; the whole treatment equipment produce anaerobic-anoxia- aerobic three kind of environment take turns function, improve purified water ability of different kind of microbial population, intensify organism removal and nitrogen and phosphorus removal function.

工藝說(shuō)明：Process deion
Can divide into seven parts:
共有七部份組成：初沉池；缺氧池；接觸氧化池；二沉池；消毒池、消毒裝置；污泥池；風(fēng)機(jī)房組成。
（1）初沉池 Primary clarifier：
初沉池為豎流式沉淀池，污水在沉淀池的上升流速為0.3～0.4毫米/秒，沉淀下來(lái)的污泥提升至污泥池。SFW-5型及以下的設(shè)備不設(shè)置初沉池。
（2）缺氧池：Anoxia tank
缺氧池為脫氮處理而設(shè)置，池內(nèi)設(shè)置YDT型立體彈性填料，作為反硝化細(xì)菌的載體，硝化液中回硝態(tài)氨和亞酸態(tài)氧在反硝化細(xì)菌的作用下，還原成氮?dú)猓_(dá)到脫氮的目的，缺氧池有效停留時(shí)間為2.5～3.5h，溶解氧控制在≤0.5mg/L。
（3）接觸氧化池：Contact oxidation tank
污水自流至接觸池進(jìn)行生化處理，接觸池分為三級(jí)，停留時(shí)間為8h，（加強(qiáng)型設(shè)備接觸氧化時(shí)間可達(dá)8～12h）填料為新穎彈性填料，易結(jié)膜，不堵塞，接觸氧化池氣水比在15：1左右。
（4）二沉池：secondary clarifier
生化后的污水流到二沉池，二沉池為豎流式沉淀，表面負(fù)荷為＜1.0m3/m2.h，排泥提升至污泥池。
（5）消毒池：disinfection tank
消毒池按規(guī)范：“TJ14-74”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為不小于30分鐘，若是醫(yī)院污水，消毒池可增加停留時(shí)間至1～1.5h,消毒采用固體氯片接觸溶解的消毒方式，消毒裝置能根據(jù)出水量的大小不繼改變加藥量，達(dá)到多出水多加藥，少出水少加藥的目的，需要其它消毒裝置可另行配制。
